If your boiler is old or the repair would cost more than it's worth, we'll say so and talk through replacement options. There's no pressure either way.
Common questions
What should I do before I call?
Check the boiler pressure and that the thermostat is set properly and has batteries. If you can't resolve it, send us the make, model and any fault code.
I can smell gas. What do I do?
Do not use switches or flames. Open windows, turn off the gas at the meter and call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 straight away.
Can you repair any make of boiler?
We work on most common makes of gas boiler. Send us the make and model when you get in touch.
